I don't quite know when i started this. Must have been some time around november or december 2007.
Actually the terragen render was just the pre render, cause i wanted to render it in a bigger scale, but unfortunately terragen crashed after i had finished this one, so i only have this resolution.

As you may see i've tried some new stuff in this picture. The foreground of the terragen render was completely painted over in photoshop. I also maniped in the person, which is actually the first manip i'm quite happy with and i really wanted a person in this. Also i matte painted a few parts of the landscape to give it the last touch.

So far i think this is my personal favourite. But that is subjective.

Hope you like it. Full View is essential!

sorry for expression :blushes: its amazing, i absolutly love you starfield and this is i think your best. i just have one thing... the shadows on the land are too dark, in fact that other parts of land arent as shiny and the light isnt so intensive to keep that dark shadow.... just my personal opinion :) you have :+fav: from me

hey thx a lot man. probably your right, what i don't get is how to little light hinders shadows from being dark?

It's got a very eerie feeling. It's night..but it almost looks like day on the ground..sort of. The colours are rich on the ground, but it's night..it's creepy, haha. I love the stars and gases, too. The planet is incredible, as usual. :+fav: once again.

i mean from other side.... you know from one side is shadow and from other shined land, and as the light is intesiver the land is more shined and shadow is more darker... here other sides aren't shined adecvativly for shadows :)
